COVID-19 GUIDELINES & INFORMATION

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

ALL persons entering Wyong Golf Club, Pro Shop & Course:

  • MUST check in using the Service NSW app
  • Must not have visited any hotspots in the past 14 days – Hot spots listed on the NSW Government website: CLICK HERE   
  • Must not be displaying any cold or flu like symptoms
  • Must not have been in contact with anyone with COVID-19 in the last 14 days
  • Must not enter if you should be self-isolating for reasons such as travel, having COVID-19, waiting for a COVID-19 test result, be living with someone who should be self-isolating, etc.
  • MUST present a valid photo ID when entering the club

CLUBHOUSE:

All patrons are required to check in using the ServiceNSW app upon entry to the venue

  • Guests must sign in using valid photo ID
  • Members must sign in with their membership card
  • Printed ticket from sign in machines will need to be displayed at the bar & restaurant for purchases
  • Practice social distancing – keep 1.5 metres apart
  • Maintain a high standard of hand hygiene and appropriate cough/sneeze etiquette
  • Maximum of 1 person per 2 square metres:
    Foyer – max 40 people
    Main Bar/Members Lounge – max 170 people
    Restaurant – max 170 people
    Auditorium – max 170 people
    Main Gaming Room – max 47 people
    Outdoor Gaming Room – max 12 people
    Smoker’s Deck – max 24 people
    Sprig Bar – max 8 people
  • No singing or chanting permitted
  • Dancing limited to 30 people – Weddings only.
  • Patrons inside to remain seated
  • Patrons permitted to stand in outdoor areas

GOLF:

  • All players are required to check in using the ServiceNSW app upon entry to the course and facilities
  • Bookings must be made online (members) or by phoning the Pro Shop. Strictly no ‘walk-in’ bookings.
  • Golfers are to arrive NO EARLIER than 10 minutes before their tee time
  • Maximum of 40 persons allowed in the Pro Shop (including staff)
  • Practice social distancing – keep 1.5 metres apart
  • Cashless payments encouraged
  • Maintain a high standard of hand hygiene and appropriate cough/sneeze etiquette
  • Flags: recommended to leave in hole
  • Rakes have been provided for golfers wishing to repair the bunker
  • Use of sand buckets is optional. We encourage golfers to bring and use their own buckets if they have one.
  • Competition Golfers – return & enter scorecards at kiosks. Each user must disinfect kiosk after use

Any patron in breach of these policies will be asked to leave the premises immediately.
